Behavior Expectations
Because this class is a Christian atmosphere, the following conduct is expected from tutors, parents and
students:
1. Kindness
2. Truthfulness
3. Courtesy toward others and respect for their property
4. Respect for the classroom and building property
5. Respect for and obedience to those in authority
6. Diligence in effort and attention
Also:
Tutor will:
1. Profess an active testimony that Jesus is their personal Savior.
2. Pray for each student and their family.
3. Be punctual in class and in correcting and handing back homework
4. Teach the subject matter and answer all questions from a biblical worldview.
5. Contact the parent immediately with any issues concerning their student.
Parents will:
1. Pray for each tutor.
2. Assist the student in completing the assignments on time.
3. Contact the tutor immediately with any issues or concerns.
*4.Be responsible to pay for the full year even if you pull your child from the class after August 17st. **
Students will:
1. Arrive on time and prepared for class (books, paper, pencils, art supplies...).
2. Show a Christ like attitude and respect for tutor, parents, and other students.
3. Hand in homework on time.
Wardrobe Rules
*No vulgar or inappropriate words, slogans or pictures on clothing.
*Your child is responsible for keeping track of hats or accessories that are worn.
*Please make sure your child’s clothing fits properly so that underwear, body parts and crevices are not
showing. Please be modest.
*Please be aware of your child’s cleanliness.
*Clothing may get dirty in art class, so please keep this in mind when choosing your wardrobe or send a
smock for protection.
* During class time tutor has final say as to what modest and appropriate clothing.
Absence Policy
It is the student’s responsibility to contact the tutor if absent. Students are still responsible for all
homework. Families are still responsible to pay for the whole year regardless if their student comes or
not.
Class Cancellations
If more than 2 classes are cancelled due to weather or tutor illness, make-up day will be Jan. 3 and/or
May 24.
If tutor cannot make it due to illness, you will be contacted by phone starting at 7:30 a.m.
Also an email will be sent.
Parents will not be notified by phone if the weather is bad. So please listen to the local radio station or
Channel 8 for school closings. If Wyoming Public Schools or the Home School Building is listed, then
class will be cancelled. Please use your own discretion about traveling during bad weather, as the
forecast may be quite different in other locations.

Christmas Break - Dec. 20- Jan.3

Tuition Policies
Tuition can be paid in full for the year or paid in 6 equal payments by the 1st of September, October,
November, December, February and March. A late fee of $5 will be charged for payments received more
than a week late. If there are special situations, which may require a late payment, please call ahead and
make arrangements to avoid late fees. If tuition is behind by 2 weeks without prior agreed arrangements,
your child will not be able to attend until tuition is caught up.
Bounced Checks
*** There is a $15 fee that will be added to your tuition for bounced checks. Bounced checks will also
require that monthly tuition will need to be paid in cash or money order for the remainder of the year.
Refund Policy
***If you drop before August 17, you will get a full refund, less the supply/registration fee. After August 17
you are responsible to pay for the full class regardless if you withdraw from the class. If after the first
class you have concerns please talk to the tutor. We wish to work with you and be reasonable.***
Arrival and Departure
Please pick up your student promptly when class is over and drop them off no more than 10 minutes
before class. We are no longer responsible for your child if you choose to have your child meet you
somewhere other than the classroom. If a student is not in class, an adult must supervise them.

Pay for the year in full
Pay in 6 equal payments on the 1st class day of every month starting in September.
Where do you plan to pick up your child after class?
I plan on picking up my child from the classroom.

We have read and understand all of the rules as stated above in the Classroom and Payment Contract
and agree that our children and we will abide by them. We understand that failure to comply with the
rules by our children or us could result in immediate expulsion for the remainder of the year from class
without any refund. I understand that if I decide to use the payment plan that I am responsible to pay the
remaining balance if our children or we fail to comply with the rules that result in expulsion or if we decide
to pull out of classes before the end of the year.
